Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
How do I track my order once it has been placed?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
What is your return policy for furniture and accessories?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, JazzUpCo ships exclusively to addresses within North America. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international customers in the near future.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to arrange a replacement.
